In coordination with the Indiana Energy Independence Fund (IEIF), the National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) provides access to low-cost commercial financing for Indiana businesses, non-profits, governments, and multi-family properties making qualifying clean energy improvements.

Available Programs

Borrowers eligible for financing through the Indiana Energy Independence Fund (IEIF) are commercial, non-profit, multifamily (4+ units), or government properties in Indiana that meet NEIF’s credit approval standards and are making qualifying improvements.
