The Indiana Energy Independence Fund (IEIF) offers a commercial financing program in coordination with the National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF). This program provides access to low-cost commercial financing for Indiana businesses, multifamily, non-profits, and government properties making qualifying clean energy improvements.
