National Energy Improvement Fund Headquarters Building Rebranded as NEIF Energy Center
ALLENTOWN, PA, April 19, 2022 – The National Energy Improvement Fund, LLC (NEIF) neifund.org, a Certified B-Corp™ energy efficiency and resilience improvement lender, announced that its headquarters building at 1005 Brookside Road in Lower Macungie Township has been renamed the NEIF Energy Center. The building, owned and managed by S.G. Rogers Properties, is energy efficient and features a rooftop solar array. NEIF and its predecessor company, AFC First, have occupied the space since 2006 maintaining its lending and corporate units in the Allentown location. NEIF’s commercial lending team is based in Denver, CO.
The National Energy Improvement Fund, LLC (NEIF) specializes in financing improvements that make homes and buildings stronger, healthier and more energy-efficient, provided through a national network of contractors, manufacturers, utilities and governments.
