You authorize us to share the following information and materials with our Approved Contractors, who are third-parties that have a contractual relationship with NEIF to provide goods or services to NEIF’s consumers:
- The approval status of your loan with NEIF
- That you have authorized your Approved Contractor to assist both you and NEIF in expediting the delivery of the NEIF loan documents to you.
NEIF will not share personal identifying information of yours with an Approved Contractor, including your Social Security Number, your credit score, or the reason for your credit denial.
Access and Use of Website For Approved Contractors
In addition to the above terms and conditions, if you are an Approved Contractor of goods or services who has a contractual relationship with NEIF, you acknowledge that NEIF will place information and materials concerning NEIF and direct consumer loan applications and contracts between NEIF and the
consumer for work performed by you on the Website for you to review and use. You represent and warrant to NEIF that (1) you will only use this information and materials to facilitate the relationship between you and NEIF and not for any other purpose and (2) any information you submit to NEIF through your use of the Website including, but not limited to, any information related to a direct consumer loan application, or contract, is accurate and not misleading.
