The National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) Hosts Virtual Training Sessions for State-Supported 8.99% No Contractor Fee KEEP Home Energy Loan
The National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF), Certified B Corp and energy efficiency lender, announced a follow-up webinar series in support of the KEEP Home Energy Loan program, launched earlier this summer in coordination with the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority (PEDA)’s Energy Accelerator Program.
The KEEP Home Energy Loan offers 10-year, no contractor fee, affordable financing to Pennsylvania homeowners who are interested in, or actively seeking, to upgrade energy efficiency and reduce costs at home. Included in the program are single-family homes and owner-occupied multi-unit residential buildings (up to four units).
Projects eligible for financing include:
- Heating
- Cooling
- Water Heating,
- Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging
- Smart Home Energy Management Systems
- Insulation
- Certain Energy-Related Improvements to Home Envelope
All work financed through the KEEP Home Energy Loan must be performed by a NEIF-Approved Contractor.
